Who are Connect?
Connect is the trade union for professionals in communications. Connect's role is to look after members interests in the work place. By acting together in a Union workers have a greater say than acting alone.
Membership of Connect within Vodafone has grown dramatically over the last few years.
In Regional Operations North and South Connect has now become a recognised trade union and is able to negotiate pay rises, hours of employment, working conditions an holidays on behalf of members.
